Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items your size and colour from the drop down boxes that you wish to buy and click buy to put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished browsing click 'checkout' and you will be able to view a list of those items chosen,and total price.At this point you may still remove items or cancel your order if you wish.All that remains is to fill in some basic details we need to process your order swiftly.

We accept credit/debit card payment.(Visa,Mastercard,Maestro) For International orders your credit card company will convert to your own currency.

Out of stock items are kept on Back Order and are charged for until they are ready to leave. You will be notified of any delay by E-mail or Phone when you may cancel without charge.

You may send your credit card information via this secure website or by phone, fax, or mail.

Shipping And Handling

U.K.deliveries are usually sent First Class Letter or Parcel Post depending on weight.

Cost depending on weight of order are shown with order value details and will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class up to 2kgs and Parcel Force or Interlink for heavier parcels.

Postal/Carriage charges are clearly shown on your order form BEFORE you complete your order.(U.K.Mainland Only)

If items are to large for Post or Parcel Force we would contact you to ensure that the goods will be signed for on delivery,you can also leave an alternative address for delivery when ordering.

ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK(ie Northern & Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Europe, Rest of World) will be charged by weight of order and usually despatched by standard airmail and maybe sent in separate packets by airmail rather than by Parcel Force which is usually more costly. The Standard Postal Rates above do NOT apply. Orders will be subject to airmail regulations and may be divided into more than one parcel to comply with weight restrictions. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee delivery time on any order being delivered outside the UK Mainland-please allow time for credit card clearance & airmail/local delivery.Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

You will be contacted within 24 hours if delivery charges are other than shown.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order straight away.You will normally receive your order within 5 working days within Mainland U.K.though delays may be experienced during busy times and bank holidays and for all other areas.

Please note that some parcels may need a signature and cannot be left outside an empty premises.Please nominate an alternative delivery address if necessary.

We cannot gaurantee delivery time on international orders so please allow time for credit card clearance and airmail/local delivery.Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be E-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.You will NOT be charged for any item until the day it is sent to you.

Tax Charges

For all orders are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate 20%.

Any returns made to us should be within 10 days in unworn and good condition when we will refund the full cost of the items or exchange them if you prefer. Any postal charges will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.

Refunds and Returns Policy

If you order goods that are unsuitable, or would like to cancel your order, please return goods in good condition within 10 days of receipt in their original packaging and with all labels intact to recieve a refund. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear.

We suggest parcels be returned via Royal mail letter post or Parcel Force. Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.

We cannot accept liability for any goods lost/damaged in return transit-the sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is always recommended.

Any exchanges will be posted back to you free of charge.
